To my loyal fan(s) I can only apologise for being away for sooo long, but I have been busy battling my biggest enemy; that hideous monster: Procrastination!



In true Geeky Tobbot fashion, I decided this was going to be my March resolution, and went straight to the interweb to find out the best ways of Getting Things Done (GTD). After spending many hours surfing, I came up with a partial solution to demolishing my paperwork mountain, a method of tackling the 101 projects I have going, and a way of developing the million and one plans and ideas I hastily scribbled onto the backs of envelopes.

What have I actually been doing? Not a bloody lot.

It's been funducational though.

OHhhHHHH....cool!! ;) I have been doing exactly the same thing. But apart from the papers the dog ate, the piles are still pretty much the same height

I still haven't forgotten your student btw, can you send me an adress I can post a test to? (You can give me your college one if you like)

I'll be able to send you some materials suitable for his level then.

I know:)) The sad part is ...it's true. I have an evil westie puppie that jumps like a cat, and manage to reach new places every day!!!

Hey Tobstv - Ian's Messy Desk has heaps of GTD resources. And also if you use Gmail there is a GTD plugin http://www.gtdgmail.com/

Yar, I loaded gtdgmail last week or so, good fun stuff!

Thanks for the page though, looking through it again, I picked up on some more things (functions) I can do with gtd.

Problem with all this stuff: too many toys and not enough working tools I think! At the end of the day, I still prefer a pen and notebook.
