Since having our garage roof replaced in November, this eyesore of a pile of asbestos sheeting has been sitting in the garden; my plan to dispose of it myself, thus saving £500 has finally come together this week, involving the use of our new trailer and the local dump. Problem is, they'll only take 6 sheets of 6x4 feet sheets a day, but hey, day 2 so far, and most of it has disappeared.

I am itching all over though. And my middle finger has turned an attractive shade of purple.
